The question every parent asks
“Is this going to be one more thing we quit?”
Fair question. Most parents who find us have tried something first. Here’s how one mom put it:
“My 4 year old son is extremely shy. We tried soccer twice, music class and karate at a different place….all left in tears. ... My son now loves going to karate and is becoming less shy and more confident.”
Shy or anxious
“My son started here as a shy, anxious, unconfident 5 year old. Now two years later, he is a leader in class and in school as well!”
Won’t listen at home
“Do you know what is like to ask your son or daughter to do something at home and they immediately stop what they are doing and go and do what you ask?”
Struggling at school
“My 14 year son was having problems with school his grades were hitting D and F.. After joining my sons grades have come up to B and C and his teachers are telling me how respectful he is..”
Quits everything
“We tried other extra-curriculars like soccer, gymnastics and dance but found that that the character building techniques used at Victory surpass all other expectations.”
Being bullied
“I initially enrolled her because she was being bullied at school. Watching her self confidence and taekwondo skills grow has been nothing short of amazing.”
Most activities teach a skill and stop at the door.We built ours to follow your child home.

The Victory Difference
Most Sports Teach a Game. Victory Teaches Life.
Trophies gather dust in the closet. Character lasts a lifetime. At Victory, martial arts is simply the vehicle our mentors use to build a positive community — a second home where children feel seen, valued, and encouraged. Our curriculum instills seven core life skills:

Victory For Life – 7 Life Skills To Victory
Sergio Von Schmeling

How the change gets from the mat to your house
Grand Master Sergio Von Schmeling built Victory on 7 Life Skills:Discipline. Respect. Self-Esteem. Belief. Honesty. Communication. Gratitude.
Studios teach them in two-month cycles.
Then comes the part parents notice. It’s called Stripe from Home.
To earn a stripe, your child needs more than a good class.Part of it is a note from home, showing the skill used at home.
So the lesson doesn’t stop at the studio door.It follows your child to the dinner table, the bedtime routine, the homework fight.
You’re the one who sees it.You’re the one who writes it down.
And listen for three words: “Yes, I Can!”That’s the Victory catchphrase.
What Happens in Your Child's First Victory Lesson?
A private, 1-on-1 experience in our dedicated intro room — tailored so your child feels supported, celebrated, and inspired from the minute they walk in.
-

The Personal Welcome & Goal Setting
You and your child are welcomed into our private intro room. A Studio Director sits down at your child’s eye level to connect, learn about their goals, and understand how we can support your family. No crowds. No intimidation.
-

"Mom & Dad, Get Your Cameras Ready!"
Under positive mentorship, your child learns focus, body mechanics, and strikes through their very first real wooden board. You will hear the crack, see their eyes light up with pure belief, and watch them run into your arms for a hug. They sign their board and take it home as physical proof that they can do hard things.
-

Finding Your Best Path to Victory
At the end of your visit, your Studio Director will sit down with you to review your child's breakthrough and answer any questions. If Victory feels like the right community, you can explore our core programs. If not, we part as friends. You’ll leave with a clear next step and a great afternoon with your child — or just the afternoon.

Every Kind of Child
Victory meets every child exactly where they are.
Some children walk in bursting with energy. Some are cautious and quiet. Some learn differently. Our instructors are specially trained mentors who connect with children navigating ADHD, sensory sensitivities, and developmental hurdles, creating a structured, safe space where every child experiences the breakthrough of “Yes, I can!”
“Jazzy just thinks she can kick butt.”

Homeschool Families
Structured Physical Education & Mentorship for Homeschoolers
Select studios offer dedicated daytime classes designed for homeschool schedules: disciplined physical education, positive peer interaction, and life-skills mentorship that reinforces what you teach at home.
Being homeschooled, I was worried he may not have enough socialization but since we joined, his confidence, diligence, determination and commitment have drastically improved.
“A Family That Kicks Together, Sticks Together!”

Life gets busy, but training together creates an unbreakable bond. Our family classes give parents and children a shared language of discipline, mutual respect, and celebration. Step onto the mats side by side, earn your belts together, and build memories that outlast any trophy.
It has been one of the single greatest sources of joy, friendship and community for my kids. I’ve just loved seeing them grow up there. They have so much joy. They’ve made their best friends there. It’s a family to them. It’s their home away from home.

Meet Your Instructors
The Mentors Who Celebrate Your Child Every Day.
Your child’s mentor has trained in martial arts for years before they ever teach your family. They’re taught to make discipline engaging instead of intimidating, connect every drill with a life skill your child carries into school and home, and celebrate each breakthrough like it’s their own.
Advanced Pathways
Where Champions Learn to Lead.
The journey doesn’t stop at black belt. Victory has two pathways that take students deeper — into leadership, mentorship, and teaching others.

Daily Life Skills
Leadership
Leadership is where your child lives the seven life skills every week — applying them on the mat and taking them home.

By Invitation Only
Legacy
Victory’s highest level, by invitation only. Students become leaders and role models for others: teaching what they’ve learned and carrying Victory’s culture forward.

Krav Maga
Practical self-defense for adults, taught at a real-world pace.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Ground technique and leverage-based self-defense for teens and adults.
Beyond the Class
A Safe Place Your Family Can Count On.
Victory isn’t just where your child trains — it’s where your family belongs between classes too.

Stay or Drop Off
You know your child best. Stay and watch every minute or drop off when they’re ready — both work here. Some stay for an hour, others stay all day.
Birthday Parties
Your child and their friends run drills, break boards, and celebrate like champions on their big day.
Parents’ Night Out
Once a month at every studio — drop your kids off for an evening of games and martial arts while you take the night back.
Community Events
Belt tests, camps, and school events bring families together, and friendships grow along the way.
Seminars
Anti-bullying and leadership seminars for kids and parents.
“They know every student by name, they celebrate wins big or small, and they create an environment where kids feel safe, supported, and motivated.”
The Gratitude We Teach, We Live
Since 2017, Victory’s founders have brought clothes, food and toys to children in Paraguay. Today the mission reaches children here at home too. Every dollar raised is matched 100% by our founders.

A Fair Question
“Will Martial Arts Make My Kid Aggressive?”
Here is what two parents wrote.
Stopped the aggression
“I could not get my son to listen or be responsive to direction. ... He is more respectful and has stopped virtually all aggressive behavior.”
Teaching, not fighting
“...last night instead of kicking his little brother, he was showing him how to kick correctly after his little brother tried kicking him!”
What Parents Ask Before Booking
Frequently Asked Questions
Real questions from real Victory families before they joined.
Lots of our families juggle other sports. You can start once a week and add days whenever you’re ready. There are no reserved spots and no locked-in schedule, and if you miss a class you can double up the next week.
As soon as you enroll, your child joins a group class with kids their age. The director will help you pick the days. Parents watch from the back section, or join in on family classes.
It’s where we go deeper on life skills like discipline and respect, and level up technique with cooler training tools. Most kids do Leadership alongside their core class from day one.
Not for the first lesson: comfortable clothes they can move in. Group classes need a Victory uniform, or at least a Victory T-shirt. The director will tell you which.
Yes. Parents and kids train side by side on the same mat and practice the same life skills at home.
It really is free. No card, no obligation. At the end, the director sits down with you and shows you the programs. If Victory isn’t the right fit, we part as friends.
Ages 3 and up. Little Eagles are 3 to 6, Junior Leaders 7 to 12, and Teens and Adults 13 and up. Parents can train too, in our family classes.
Yes, please do. You stay in the room the whole time, and most parents get their camera ready for the board break.
Give Your Child the Gift of Confidence That Lasts a Lifetime.
