This policy explains what information Fit For Fun, Inc., doing business as Victory Martial Arts ("Victory", "we", "us"), collects through myvictorymartialarts.com, how we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
What you give us
When you book a free First Victory Lesson or ask us for help choosing a studio, we may ask for:
- Your name.
- Your mobile phone number.
- Your email address.
- Your child's age, if you share it.
- Your zip code, the studio you choose and the lesson time you pick.
What we collect automatically
- Ad source: if you arrived from an ad or link, its source fields (such as utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid or fbclid) are kept with your booking so we know which ads work.
- Device and security data: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and the site that referred you. We use this to keep the site secure, stop spam and fake bookings, and understand how the site is used.
We may use cookies and similar tools from Google and Meta to measure visits and bookings and to show our ads to people who may be interested. These tools may collect information about your visit across websites.
How we use your information
- To book your free lesson, confirm it and remind you about it by phone call, text message or email.
- To reschedule your lesson and answer your questions about the lesson and our classes.
- To improve this website and our advertising.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam or misuse.
Text messages
If you tick the optional box that begins "I agree to texts, calls and emails from Victory Martial Arts about my free lesson" when you book, we may text the mobile number you gave us about your free lesson, including automated booking confirmations, reminders and rescheduling. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See the SMS Terms in our Terms of Use.
We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who processes it for us
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run your booking:
- GoHighLevel, our customer records system (CRM), which holds your booking details and sends our emails and texts.
- Twilio, the messaging carrier service that delivers our text messages.
- Our website host, which serves this site and passes booking forms to our CRM.
- The Victory studio you choose, so its team can welcome you.
- Google and Meta, for ad measurement as described above.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our students, families and staff.
These providers work for us under contract and may use your information only to provide their services to us. Text-message opt-in data and mobile numbers are never shared for anyone's marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details while we are helping you book and attend your lesson, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our normal business records, usually no longer than three years. Then we delete or anonymize them. If you reply STOP, we keep a record of your opt-out so we do not text you again.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected], calling or writing to us (contact details below).
- Limit ad tracking in your browser or device settings, through Google's ad settings, or through Meta's ad preferences.
- Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights. We will honor them as the law requires.
Children's privacy
This website is meant for parents and guardians. Any information about a child, such as the child's age, is given by the parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), bot checks on our forms and access controls with our providers. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
