These terms apply to your use of myvictorymartialarts.com, run by Fit For Fun, Inc., doing business as Victory Martial Arts ("Victory", "we", "us"), 4418 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, FL 32804. By using the site, you agree to them.
The free First Victory Lesson
- The First Victory Lesson is free, with no credit card and no obligation to join.
- It is offered once per new student, at participating Victory studios, subject to availability.
- A parent or guardian books the lesson and stays with any child under 18 for the whole lesson.
- The studio may ask a parent or guardian to sign its standard participation waiver before the lesson.
- If a studio needs to change your time, it will contact you to rebook. Please let the studio know if you cannot make it.
Bookings
Please give accurate contact details when you book. We may call you at the number you give us about your lesson. Text messages are sent only if you opt in, as set out in the SMS Terms below and our Privacy Policy.
SMS Terms
- Program name: Victory Martial Arts free lesson texts.
- What we send: booking confirmations, reminders, rescheduling messages and answers to your questions about the free lesson and our classes.
- How you join: by ticking the optional box that begins "I agree to texts, calls and emails from Victory Martial Arts about my free lesson" under the phone field on our booking form. The box is never ticked for you. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply HELP for help.
- Reply STOP to opt out. After you reply STOP, we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and no more texts after that.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Health and safety
Martial arts is a physical activity. Tell the studio about any health condition or injury before the lesson. Instructors may adjust or stop an activity for safety.
Programs and memberships
Programs, schedules and membership terms are set by each studio and explained by its Studio Director. Any membership is a separate agreement with the studio, made in person. Nothing on this website is a membership agreement.
Using this website
You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not misuse it, interfere with it, or try to access it in ways we do not intend. The text, photos, logos and design are owned by Victory or used with permission and may not be copied without our written consent.
The site may link to other websites, such as Google Maps or our national directory. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Class details, studio hours and availability can change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Victory is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date shows when. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
